I co-edited an essay collection The Colored Conventions Movement: Black Organizing in the Nineteenth Century (UNC Press)

I co-edited a journal forum “Locating the Practices of Editors in Multi-Ethnic Periodicals”

Most recently I have published essays in Criticism, Civil War History, and American Literature (please write me for copies if you do not have access)
